Customization
Engineering is the heart of Weber
Knapp Company. Although our standard product lines have
established us within select markets, our custom engineered
solutions can be found in many other industries. These
include consumer and commercial appliances, medical
equipment, and even recreational vehicles. The common thread
between these diverse markets is a design challenge that was
unresolved until the customer presented it to Weber Knapp.
We have become a virtual extension of our customers’
engineering departments, leveraging our experience and
technologies to make our customers’ great products even
better.
While our technical skill base is broad, our specialty lies
in devising robust, high cycle life, mechanical subsystems
to accomplish specific motions and sweep patterns. Often,
these designs include features to mechanically
counterbalance a specific load or maintain a specific open

Weber Knapp operations also support fast turn-around of
functional prototypes, as well as comprehensive testing to
both industry and customer specifications.
